Rob Carter, president of Southern Traditions, has over 20 years of experience in residential home building. He and his wife Megan offer their customers unique designs that feature classic Southern architecture and attention to the smallest of details.

 

Though not a trained architect, Rob can draw your customized house plan from your own sketches. He once built a home which started on a napkin, and thus he offers a great service to those who want a reasonably priced home that is completely unique and specialized for its owners.

 

Elaine Reeder guides customers through all the possible selections and choices in each home and offers advice on the latest new products available. Jerry Kipp oversees daily operations on each home the company builds.

 

 

Southern Traditions currently builds in Hanover, Henrico, Chesterfield, New Kent, Goochland, and James City Counties, building custom homes from $250,000 to over $750,000. They only build 8-10 homes a year, so they can provide a high level of attention and focus on details for each home. Rob Carter is on each building site every day during construction of the home.
